Facility in Coquitlam, B.C., to close temporarily for updates
Glen Pine Pavilion in Coquitlam, British Columbia, will soon undergo renovations, including new flooring and a fresh coat of paint, from August 14 to September 3, 2024.
During the renovation period, the Lemon Tree Café and the kitchen area will be closed starting Wednesday, August 14, and will reopen on Monday, September 9. The rest of the facility will be shuttered on Friday, August 16, reopening to the public on Wednesday, September 4.
All parts of the facility, including the gym and fitness room, will be inaccessible while work is underway, and no programs or drop-ins will occur. Alternative program offerings are available in the Program Guide at coquitlam.ca/programguide.
Summer program schedules have been adjusted so that all registered activities conclude prior to the project’s start.
Visitors uncertain about program locations are encouraged to check the Program Guide online or contact 604-927-4FUN (4386).
Some walkways around the facility will also be closed during construction, and the public is advised to heed directional signage and observe construction barriers.
Updates on the project will be posted at coquitlam.ca/glenpine.
