Voters will elect a new School District Trustee on February 22, 2025.

Coquitlam residents are preparing to elect one School District No. 43 (Area 1 – Coquitlam) Trustee in the upcoming by-election scheduled for Saturday, February 22, 2025.

Eligible voters have the option to cast their votes early at designated advance voting locations on February 12 at Centennial Pavilion and on February 15 at the Pinetree Community Centre, both from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The advance voting locations offer wheelchair accessibility to accommodate all voters.

The general voting will take place on February 22, with polls open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. across eight locations in Coquitlam. Voters can access a map of the voting locations on the city’s website.

Voters are required to present at least two documents to verify identity and residency, with at least one bearing a signature. Acceptable documents include BC Driver’s Licence, BC Care Card, and Property Tax Notice.
