A regular City Council meeting commenced on Monday, June 23, 2025, at City Hall in Coquitlam, attended by Mayor Richard Stewart and all council members.

A conflict of interest led Councillor Mandewo to leave temporarily during discussions on a grant provided to S.U.C.C.E.S.S.

The Major Facilities Roadmap and the 2025-2035 Sports Field Strategy were endorsed to address future community recreational needs.

Discussion on stormwater management highlighted residential developments’ impacts, leading to newly approved requirements.

The council authorized several zoning amendments and development applications, ensuring adherence to city planning standards.

The meeting concluded at 10:14 p.m., certifying the proceedings.
